WHAT IS PILATES?

 

Pilates is a full body conditioning program that will improve flexibility, increase total body strength and fitness, and improve posture.  People of all ages and fitness levels can benefit from Pilates.

  • Comfortable exercise clothes

  • Clean socks (pilates socks are available for purchase)

  • Sweat towel

  • Water
